Quality Assurance

We have developed a Quality System over many years, this is implemented in our site and office procedures and our software packages.

The company is committed to the effective implementation of a comprehensive Quality Management System in order to satisfy Client requirements and to continually monitor and improve the quality of the service we provide.

All ELS Surveys are undertaken with ‘high tech’ equipment in accordance with established procedure and good practice.

Self-checking systems are employed at all stages of field and office work to enable the detection of errors and omissions and to ensure accurate results.

We have not sought formal accreditation but would be happy to allow an audit inspection by your staff if required.

Method Statements

By reading the Site Survey and Building Survey pages with the Quality statement above you will have a good idea of how we work.

 

We employ a range of techniques from tape and offset to remote measurement using a wide range of equipment.

 

We would provide a detailed method statement for a particular project if required, we would have to assess site conditions beforehand to produce a detailed method statement.

Client List - References

We have an active database of some 3,000 clients ranging from families with a boundary dispute to internationally renowned Architects and Engineers, we also regularly work for major High Street retail clients and OilCompanies.

 

We have stopped publishing contact names and numbers to conserve space and protect our clients from unsolicited calls.
